My weight loss.


So this page is basically going to cover the weight I lose. I honestly don’t know how long it’ll be until I get to my goal weight but I know I will get there!

These will be my weekly weigh ins. I’m also going to add my measurements, but only once a month.

I’m doing slimming world and it’s really working for me! I never feel hungry and I lose weight every week. I lost about 20lbs last year but when I compare what I was eating to now I was practically starving myself, I was always hungry and tired and just not going about it in a healthy way, but I feel so good doing slimming world. My weigh in is on a Thursday night, so I’ll update it when I get home.

As well as slimming world I go to the gym 3-4 times a week for around 2 hours. I do a mixture of cardio and strength:

10 minutes fast walking at 6.0 incline.

15 minutes cross trainer, resistance 4 at the moment.

30 minutes bike, 20 minutes resistance 2 and 10 minutes resistance 3. I cover between 14-15km each time.

3 sets of 20 reps on 30kg leg press machine.

3 sets 20 reps on 25kg tricep machine.

3 sets of 20 reps on 30kg leg adductor and the same for the leg abductor.

I then do floor exercises, 30 leg lifts (both legs). 60 sit up on the gym ball and 60 side twists on the gym ball while holding 5kg dumbell.

I also play squash for 1 hour 1-2 times a week.

Measurements at -10lbs:

Arm: 15.5”. Thigh 25.5”. Waist 40”. Hips 45”.

Measurements at -20lbs:

Thigh 25” -0.5”. Waist 38” -2”. Hips 45” same. Arm 14” - 1.5”.

By 26th weigh in (19/4/12) - 2st 2.5lbs.

Measurements at -30lbs

Thigh 25” -0. Waist 37” -1. Hips 42.2” -2.7. Arm 13.2” -0.8.


27th weigh in: +1lbs (26/4/12)

28th weigh in: -3.5lbs (3/5/12)

29th weigh in: -3.5lbs (10/5/12)

30th weigh in: Maintain (17/5/12).
